Position: Assistant Relationship Manager

Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
Degrees must be from HEC-recognized universities
MBA or Master’s degree preferred
Knowledge of Islamic Finance will be an advantage
Age Limit
Maximum 26 years (as of March 31, 2026)
Age relaxation (2 years) for eligible categories including Hafiz-e-Quran, Dars-e-Nizami / Shahadat ul Alimiyah (with HEC equivalency), and differently-abled persons
Experience
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
Prepare credit proposals for clients
Coordinate with internal teams and clients
Support Relationship Managers in portfolio management and client acquisition
Ensure compliance with Shariah principles, trade, and legal guidelines
Promote and cross-sell bank products
Required Skills
Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flows, and corporate finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Sales mindset and self-motivation
Basic knowledge of banking processes
